1 layer FPC with 2mil trace width and spacing, 2mil trace width and spacing is beyond most of factory capability, but Best Technology can do it.

2mil trace width and spacing FPC is not a normal requirement, Best Technology specialize in abnormal FPC products, we have really rich experience in all kinds of special FPC manufaction. 2mil trace width and spacing FPC price will be higher than normal FPC. Because it cause the matrial waste, because the chemical liquid ethch the trace may more than 2 mil. FPC will be scrap during the FPC production. And it will need to spend more time on working on it. In order to meet 2 mil trace width and spacing, we usually requried to use 1/3 oz copper thickness, the thinner copper thickness will be helpful us to etch the trace. 2mil trace FPC one end need to add the PI stiffener on the bottom side to meet the total thickness 0.2mm, another end need to add the PI stiffener on the bottom side to meet the total thickness 0.3mm, becuase it need to assembly a ZIF connector on it. The ZIF connector thickness will be 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm. Before we arrange shipment, we have tested every pieces of of FPC use the customer send the test tool to us without any extra cost.
